Oztumer Ventures has been founded in 2002 by Oytun Öztümer. First venture was a satellite internet provider company to offer faster and uninterrupted internet connection for households in Istanbul as an alternative to dial-up connections. Today, Oztumer Ventures operates in different sectors including Technology & Telecommunication, Hospitality, Media & Production, Real Estate & Construction, International Trade and Education.

Technology & Telecommunication are the core sectors of Oztumer Ventures. These activities are carried out through MARS A.S. (TR), RestApp, Inc. (US) and their subsidiaries.

After providing solutions for individuals for many years, our first corporate telecommunication activities are officialy established in 2009 in name of Sancom and OMB (subsequently named as MARSNET) by providing corporate data center services (Cloud Servers, Dedicated, Colocation, Managed Services, Syber Security Services) to its customers with 100% physical security, uninterrupted internet connectivity, technical infrastructure, its advanced technology in energy and climatization, and its experienced technical team. OMB has made its first ISP investment in 2009 with the aim of providing reliable and advanced solutions for the increasing internet usage rate and high capacity needs and it was authorized by the Telecommunication Institution as an Internet Service Provider in the same year.

Technology focused activities are also started with Sancom Technologies back in 2009 (subsequently named as MARS Technology). MARS offers application software solutions to enterprises ranging in size from micro to large corporations. Created solutions for global companies like Diageo, Samsung, Turkcell and many more. The company, by increasing innovation and creativity in its products and services, lays the foundation for sustainable success by accompanying many companies so far on their journey of growth, with more than 1,000 business partners in 6 different countries.
